Roaster’s update

This week we are saying good bye to a few of our most popular beans and welcoming in some new editions. The Guatemala Huehuetenango, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Peru Minca and Indonesia West Java are on their last roasts with no bags available. We know some of these are customer favorites and are doing our best to replace them with beans you will love equally as much.  

The Mexico Veracruz is a beautiful light bodied light roast we recommend instead of the Ethiopia. It’s notes are milk chocolate, roasted almond and guava and they compliment a morning fruit pastry perfectly. 

We brought in a Colombia Garzón and Tanzania Peaberry to fill in the mediums. For dark roasts we are bringing back the Uganda Ruwenzori natural. These are all exciting Beans check them out and check back for more new arrivals coming soon!
